Cancellation: If you have to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I ask you to honour my time commitments and other fellow clients, by cancelling no less that 72 hours before the session. Once you cancel, you can reschedule the session as soon as you can.

Confidentiality: Everything that is shared in all of our sessions together, including enrollment calls, is absolutely confidential. There is a strict code of ethics that I follow with client confidentiality. I firmly believe that Anonymity is foundational is creating safe spaces for us to work and grow together. With your permission, I may publicly (Facebook Lives, Readings, Articles) share examples of situations or insights that we discover together, that pertain to spiritual growth & personal empowerment. Once again, no names will be disclosed, it ensures full anonymity and protection.

Refunds: All sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if you cannot make your original appointment time or date. Healing the Legacy Coaching Program (1:1 clients only): if you decide the program is not the right fit for you; you can cancel within the first week of enrollment and receive a refund minus 10% administration fees.
